so I really do not want my nieces a?nd nephews holding the new baby. they are all 5 and under and not vaccinated. how do I get this point across without offending my somewhat sensitive in-laws?

I love the kiddies and my in-laws, so I don't want bad blood but my oldest couldn't be vaccinated for the longest time due to seizures and I wouldn't even let him around the kids if they were in the slightest bit ill. I've seen my baby in the nicu. not interested in doing that again.
