Milk makes heart burn worse because it causes more acid! Try extra strong mints or ant-acid tablets xx

@catherineln25, I got some omeprazole from my gp and they are amazing! I haven't had heartburn from I started taking them and I was crippled with it. hope this helps xx
A drink a pint of really cold milk when I get it really bad! Takes the edge off a bit xxx
