In the past eight hours my son has thrown up four times and other than the milk chunks it's yellow. He won't eat or drink, isn't peeing and his fever keeps bouncing between 99.5-101 but I know a fever is good because his body is fighting something off, his breathing is also kinda fast. I don't know what to do!? Can anyone give me advice??
