My momma ruined my first born birthday taking over and what not and didn't even put a dime on anything so for this baby's first birthday we're going to the beach somewhere I know she's not going to step foot...Petty or no??? Yes very petty and that's what I'm trying to be shrugs

@anessafraga, Exactly and you'd think she understand that but she don't and don't care at 31 years old I still have problems with her crossing her boundaries with me and acting like I'm a kid

I completely undstand I would have been upset too! Your kids first birthday is important to you as a parent more than it is for the kid so it was wrong of her to take that from you. It doesn't matter if she's your mom there is still boundaries.
@anessafraga, thanks love I didn't want her to get it off a second time because I was pissed that was her first birthday
Its not petty its your baby I would have done the same thing if I was you!
