Does a clogged duct hurt from the start? One side of my boob is really hard and feels full. It's not hot or painful. I'm just hoping it's not the beginning of a clogged duct or mastitis.

It could just be a really full breast just make sure you empty it out before too long! Or it can become a clogged duct. I had one but it got out relatively fast from emptying my breast!
