I would go to your ob if they are open that's what I did and he/she will tell you what is best! I got preclampsia when I was pregnant and if I wouldn't have gone to my ob I could have lost my son

At my small town hospital if a pregnant woman over 20 weeks goes to the ER they send her to labor and delivery. I would go in just to be safe.

my next ob appointment isnt til next week to check on my blood pressure but its been doing all this all day for 3 days. I have a two yr old and its getting harder to take care of him due to the dizziness and light head bs.

I would call your OB if you have one and see what they say. PCP are great but they aren't always the most informed on how to give the best care to pregnant women; it would be best to go to whoever has been seeing you throughout your pregnancy.

If you have a doctors appointment already for today go there, if you don't have an appointment for the next couple days I would say go to the ER
