it is not bad for the baby, it has been proven that it doesnt get through to the baby , the only reason sometimes babies end up in stress and pass meconium is because they are too big and over due and thats when desperate moms to be usually decide to take the castor oil. my doctor said it is safe for the baby as long as you are not taking more than recommended dose which is 30 ml.

I tried it with my first but it didn't work! She stayed in there for another week and a half.

my sister n laws best friend did it cause she wasnt having any progress she was in the hospital the next morning giving birth to her little guy hes happy and healthy. i see alot of people against it ive heard negative stories and positive stories so idk everyones opinions are different
