my daughter gas these red spots all over her hands legs back an head.. idk what it's from any ideas?? she just woke up like that this morning,, anvits spreading

Have u changed any soaps or lotions she might be getting irritated from something or having an allergic reaction call her doc
but its not hot in my house or anything so I don't understand how she would wake up with one
Looks like a heat rash
