It's an indication that you're not getting enough protein. Eat a peanut butter sandwich/crackers and it'll go away :) I try to eat one once a day and it rarely happens to me now.

yes ma'am. It's because all of the chemical changes going on. Drink lots of water so you don't pass out or become dehydrated. pregnancy is hard.
