Some of you ladies act so spoiled. "My man better get me a Mother's Day present or else" being a mother is a privilege not a right. Having a day dedicated to a mother is special and shouldn't be made into something just about gifts. Smh. How sad that some ladies act like that. Just my opinion. I don't expect anything ever, and if I do get a present how sweet if I don't no biggie I'm not going to make my husbands life miserable because I need to be materialistic and expect a present.

@twinscomingsoon, well said I took my kids out and spent money on them and letting them know how blessed o was to have them. Then the s/o took me off roading...... not recommended after a c-section

I don't expect a gift. I don't even want a gift. But it will break my heart if my husband doesn't acknowledge me. He's been snotty about calling me a mother. So it's hurtful that he doesn't think I'm deserving of the title yet.
All I'm asking for is at least 4 hours of sleep wen he gets home from work so that I can re juice myself since I only got 3 hours I worked and had to take him to work at 5 am and he is completely happy with giving me that so am I
when my hubbs said he would BBQ for me tomorrow I almost cried lmao I'm just happy to be told happy mother's day. a year ago today I was in the emergency room with IVs and stuff due to issues with my kidneys and them telling me I'd never be able to.have kids..so this year I'm really blessed to be pregnant with not 1 but 2 miracles plus I just want some food lol
@brwneydgirly25, I wish I could drink coffee it makes my tummy hurt so bad. But that's a good one too. Starbucks run! Lol

@hermommy, it's such a shame that's how people act now a days. It's like dang. I'll be happy if someone says happy Mother's Day to me tomorrow. 🙄 some ladies sound like spoiled kids on Christmas. Smh
