I have an infection down there, there's no burning when I pee but my labias burn and itch and are swollen...at my boyfriend's house and I don't really wanna ask his mom if she has like vagisil or something. .so hoping this cranberry will work..also does it affect baby?

Try applying yogurt directly down there if there is some in the house to help soothe

Not really but you need to call the doctor and ask if you need to be prescribed antibiotic or if you can use monistat. That cranberry isn't going to do any good for your yeast infection since it's already growing. By the way, don't use any soaps until it is clear. It'll only irritate it more.
