No..you dont have the option. It is only done in emergencies, medical health reason..if the baby is breech or too big to deliver naturally :) You'll be find hun xx

my labour was absolutely awful. but id still go for natural as this time ill be pushing only one out so hopefully be easier **fingers crossed** xx

in my next pregnancy I will be asking if I can try vbac, I had an emergency c section in February and it was very traumatic for me, but everyone's labour/experiences are different neither are easier than the other. it's okay to be nervous but just remember it's what we're made for, you'll surprise urself in labour, you can do it😊 it's also good to have support from birthing partners!! I hope you can decide what will suit you best. like, @purity463 said recovery is longer and for most people can be awful I know it was for me in the beginning. give it a lot of thought but do what's right for you! xx

Its natural to freak out at this stage of pregnancy so don't b hard on urself I agree with @kendricksmommy .I had two previous emergency c sections n even tho my boys r healthy n well I felt so cheated dat I couldn't deliver naturally.. both times staff were incompetent n made me feel lik a failure..at d end of day its ur choice babe n sometimes c sections r necessary. .its nice for some pple to know dey are in control n will not experience pain of labor etc ...wat u want goes end of..but from previous experience of c section I can honestly tell u recovery is longer n painful esp if d wound gets infected.. if u want to breastfeed it will b more difficult cuz of swelling n soreness of ur abdomen ..little things lik picking up baby or bathing would have been difficult unless I had support from my OH. .evyone is different but I would love to give it a go au natural lol..remember it also has implications for any future pregnancies n delivery options. .sorry if I sound negative but u best b informed of all d pros n cons. hpe ull b able to come to a decision dat suits u best xxx

Aw hunny don't worry! Its not as bad as it seems. You can have an epidural..but honestly its the best experience ive ever been through. Just remember your body was built for it and it will know what to do xx

If I was to ever have a baby again I will b asking for a section my labour was horrendous xx
