Is it normal to lose your mucus plug at 23 weeks ? I've noticed it coming out the past 3 days and I have some cramping and back pain. Should I be worried? 😥

lost mine at 16 weeks first and dilated to a 1 but everything stopped on its own
you can grow it back. but the cramping as well isn't normal. you should call your doctors office incase something's wrong.
That is way early to be loosing your mucus plug. Ask your dr to be sure!
