I've been craving BLTS so yesterday I made one - Today same thing except I added an egg!
4 slices of Turkey bacon, half of a large tomato, a large handful of fresh, spring mix, half of a Hass avocado, 1 Tablespoon of fat free cream cheese and one egg all on top of whole grain bread. I put some salt and pepper on the avocado and egg inside of the sandwich for added flavor. So satisfying, healthy and full of flavor! I would take this over a restaurant any day.
