I'm 22 weeks, look around 30, and my friend is 24 weeks, looks around 16. Everyone is different

everyone's different :) don't compare your belly size ever, the same people in different pregnancies can be different sizes. long as baby is healthy and growing you don't necessarily see it from the outside, your doc will tell you if there's concern but if they haven't then you're good! enjoy the ride no matter your size
