no I don't no how either I pick my lips n bit my nails I can't stop either of them xx

Yeah it's just an intense habit I think my mental health doctor mentioned it once. I'd love to know how to stop though no-one ever told me how to do that! xx

My oh doesn't mention it but he probably hates it. In fact I hate it lol I have no idea why I even do it to myself xx

that's exactly like me as soon as I feel sumit or my lips feel dry I'm straight there,, my OH always shouts at me n tells me my lips looks really bad n tells me I've ruined them 😣 @meadraven xx

I do too I can't stop until I'm sure there's nothing left to pick :( it's so bad my lips always look awful x
