My milk duck has been stopped up for 3 days and I've tried everything to release it.. Hot showers rags, massage, all of it, it's starting to hurt bad. Any other methods I don't know about?

if you have a hand pump, use it while in the shower with the hot water hitting your breast, and nursing from that side as much as possible

Nurse as much as you can! And massage from the top of our boob all the way down to your nipple while he is eating. I hope it goes away!!
