I always was working when I had morning sickness . I would keep peppermints and ate sour candy crackers/Graham crackers sprite/7up. You have to see what you can keep down during prenancy sometimes it's the weird things you can keep down. avoid certain smells that triggers it also. always take your vitamins. tell your doctor they can give you something for it.

take ginger root and vitamin b 6. also drink powerade. I had constant vomiting for four months straight. also get some seabands from walmart. they go on your pressure points on your wrists and they actually help.

But you can try ginger, preggie pops, sour stuff, ginger candy

Only thing that worked for me was prescribed medication. I took promithazine 12.5mg and it saved me.

when I was that way I tried soup and sprite
