Well it's different now after baby. But that first time when it happened it lasted over a day. Boo which was so uncommon before. And then I got cramps like second day after the period started. Booo! But after my first POst Pardum period, I don't get any cramps! I'm so lucky lol.

@mommastone, how long did the cramps last for you?

You could be ovulating.
