Lovely ladies I need some advice please. Have any of you been told you should wear a bra to bed (maternity sleep bra) as this helps your boobs stay in shape and helps with discomfort? xx

I only wear a bra because I leak like a fountain and it holds the pads better than if I just stuck them on the inside of my top 😂😂 xx

Yeah I don't fancy the idea of having spaniel ear boobies either lol.. But can't escape it.. Yeah defo wear something comfy because as you know pregnancy is uncomfy as it is without making it a lil bit harder 😂 xx
i always wear a sports bra to bed even before i got pregnant 😃
Oh no saggy boobies terrifies me lol I'm definately not going for under wire. I'm finding it difficult to get comfy as it is lol. Thanks lovlies I have one of they little bandage looking things I will try and will look out my looser sports bras to try too xx
Wearing a bra won't stop you from getting saggy boobs though unfortunately Hun.. It just supports them, Gravity/aging does it for us 👎🏼 xx
mothercare sells sleeping bra's. I only have small boobs so never had problems with them but they might help xx
I wouldn't have said for the shape but if you have big boobs then I can see why you'd wear one for comfort.. I'm a 36DD and I don't wear a bra to bed but also I don't own a sports bra or maternity bra so that maybe why I have a boob tube though if it gets uncomfy lol.. Do what you think is comfy.. Definitely wouldn't do underwire though simply cause it digs in lol xx
I'm starting to worry that I'm going to have saggy boobs!! I have a sports bra which I'm going to start to wear to bed xx
Never been told too wear one but I always do anyway only because mine have got so big that it's more uncomfortable when I don't wear one. xx
