No. Medicare will only pay if it is a medical emergency or for anatomy reasons.

Most hospitals don't do 3D ultrasounds you may have to find another facility it can be cheap too

In illinois with a medical card I know if your doctor has the capabilities they will pay for it. However for me my doctor doesn't do 3D nor does the hospital near me so I had to pay out of pocket at a private ultrasound place. It was $60.
