The insurance company just so happened to forget to mention that we need to bring Henry's birth certificate and social security card in order to file for him. Meanwhile, we were under the impression that we would be receiving his card in the mail any day now. 😡 so guess who still hasn't and probably won't get their 1 month checkup?

You can be seen. They will send it to insurance. They go back 60 days.

that's odd, we got new insurance cards with our daughter on them a month after she was born, we hadn't even gotten her social security card but they had her added
