If I would be sitting around the house and end up starting my period I'll run to the bath tub in sit in water and I wouldn't bleed anymore. Sometimes I don't keep up with my period so it can hit my unexpectedly.

The water fills that area up so nothing can even come out.

Catch it right when blood first start coming out. it worked for me every time.
