so I got up to go to the restroom. I got light headed and I felt like I could catch my breath the first thing I thought was it was my blood pressure or sugar. so I ate a hard candy. it's been 15 mins I'm now hotter than hell and the shortness of breath and light headed hasn't gotten better nor worse. I'm gonna try to eat something and rest see if it gets better
