@nicholefrank, I have an aveno lotion that was working since I had him. And now at 4months it doesn't help anymore.

could be eczema, my son has it and they told me it was baby acne too. I put aveno on it and try to keep it dry. @jmorenofam

They told me it would go away. And when it didn't I took him back, they told me to put baby oil which made it even worse.

yes, it could be baby acne. My son is having them at the moment. But is always good to get it check.

could be baby acne my boys had it when they were babies take him to the Dr they can give him cream for it
