my 1 year son spiked a fever again its at 102.3 I gave him mortion to bring it down should I still take him to the er or give the meds time to kick in?

I would give it some time for the meds to kick in. The ER won't do much besides give him Tylenol, they also don't consider a fever a concern unless it's 104+ so you would be wasting time and money if you take him in 😕
