I know.. I'm being a post hoe today. Yummy mango, strawberry, spinach smoothie on deck! My hemoglobin was a little low for my first blood draw so I'm trying to sneak spinach and more dark greens into everything for that iron boost! I can't stop eating fruits but I know I need more veggies 😫

Dried apricots and sunflower seeds have lots of iron in them!
