@rosy18, by far the bands have made me feel a lot better. I'm still a bit queasy but I was able to cook dinner tonight so that's a plus.

did they worked? im 12 weeks and still miserable...Gatorade was out the door...threw it up. havent eaten a thing the whole day nor water :(

@mrs.medrano, your doctor can't prescribe you anything? I don't have my first appointment till Feb 3rd and I plan to ask if these items don't work. 🙁

I tried preggie pops and they didn't work for me I'm be 19 weeks tomorrow and I still feel sick all day long
