you need to eat healthy..... your not eating very healthy..... blah I'm eating fruit, ceral, and yogurt.... not very balanced but i fight being sick or having horrid heartburn. I eat what I can stomach. I don't eat a actual meal because 90% of the time I can't eat that much food in a setting. blah they need to be pregnant then talk to me about how their dealing with it.
