my sex drive comes and goes, at the end of the pregnancy it's a chore, lol cuz sperm helps soften the cervix. In the beginning it is kinda scary for obvious reasons

it's bc your cervix is soft.. just try being on top and going gentle.. spotting is normal especially after sex.

I think I only spotted the first time I had sex when I found out I was pregnant but since then I haven't

I think it depends on the woman. I've actually been pretty excuse my language but horny since I've gotten pregnant and once I do have it it's the best sex I've ever had. My doc says that its perfectly fine to be sexually active while pregnant 😋
