I haven't given any meds to my girl so far just teething rings, a gum message, some extra booby time seems to help lol...But I know you can give baby Tylenol if it's bad. Also the teething toys you can put in the fridge are great!

I have a feeling mine is because she is more fussy then normal drooling alot and always bitting or sucking on things

No problem, my girl has been teething since a lil before 3 months.....she's 4 months now and still no teeth lol the drooling and biting is insane though!

Well she could just be exploring or giving hunger cues....but it's also very possible she could be starting to teethe! You may not see a tooth emerge until closer to 5 or 6 months, but they're prob starting to move and it feels better when they bite!
