Tylenol is all they let you take. Take it with some strong coffee. The caffeine helps. Then lay in a dark room with and ice pack and try to relax.

Tylenol pm is what I take. it makes me pass out but I don't have a headache when I wake up lol or you can just take Tylenol extra strength
