I did the same things with all 4 of my children and they each hit milestones at different times. The earliest was 9 months the latest was just past 12 months. It really depends on the kid.

He was on the floor ever chance we had. we started tummy time when he was like 2 weeks old. and we did it multiple times a day until he started crying and then we would do something else. he wasn't in the swing or bouncer much. I'd much rather put him on the floor.

My son started walking at 9 months exactly. he was rolling at 2 months sitting on his own at 4 months and crawling at 6 months.
