I also phoned and told them I was pregnant. They confirmed s midwife will see me no earlier than 8 weeks. This is probably because the risk of miscarriage decreased dramatically this this point and the baby is still only a pea on a pod until then. X

I went to the doctors at 7 weeks and first saw my midwife at 9 weeks :) Xx

I got contacted around 10 weeks :) sent a letter xD Had my scan a week later xD Midwife thought I was a week ahead of what I was...I told her I wasn't. Reason why I had my scan at 11 weeks and not the usual 12 weeks. In order to get good measurements the baby had to be 12 weeks+ :) So sounds right to me hun. I had to go back 9 days later for a rescan to do all the measurements. Xxx

2 weeks is about right however I never went to the doctors at all. I simply phoned my surgery and said I was pregnant after doing 5 tests, they asked me my last period and said they'd pass my details to the midwife team and I should hear within 2 weeks. I heard within a week and my booking appointment had been booked for week 9. Every doctors surgery is different thou. I learned that after listening to girls in my due date group for the last 8 months. We've all had the same appointments done at different times for the same thing. Weird lol UK should do it all universally the same but they don't

I got a midwife appointment at 8 weeks, a week after handing in a sample at the doctors. X

I was the same as @kizzy96 they contacted me about 11 weeks.
