You don't necessarily have to drink any. As long as you get to about 1000-1200mg of calcium a day, that's ideal. Since calcium in milk can vary with the fat %, it's best to check the nutrition panel. But I usually aim for a cup of milk with my cereal in the mornings and a container of yogurt around lunch. Just be sure to spread out when you consume calcium, our body can only absorb about 500mg per sitting (every 2-3 hours).
