Rex had the same. clogged tear duct as long as the eye itself isn't red. take warm washcloth and gently wipe near corner of eye down side of nose and out towards cheek. around 4 times a day. if eye itself is red then call dr could be pink eye

My Dr said it was normal what happens after you have a baby vaginally.
