Over the counter. I got mine at target for like $6 or so. They're super cheap and easy to get.

Can you get the pills over the counter or is it something that needs to be prescribed ? @5nooooodles

I'm currently using it and I feel a difference. It's supposed to help ripen ur cervix and make delivery smoother. We shall see. I take 2 orally and insert 2 capsules at bedtime. If I don't insert 2 then my hubby will do a perineal massage on me with the oil.
