@babyn2015, I fly frequently for work (3-4 times a week, up until about 3 weeks ago), and I've never seen any airlines ask for this paperwork. Doesn't mean I'm 100% correct, tho so maybe call the airline or just bring a copy of her birth certificate and you'll be good!

Really? I always just assumed baby needed some type of paperwork and proof that she's mine lol. I didn't buy her a separate ticket btw. But I think I'll make a copy of her birth certificate and bring it with just in case. Thanks @levleah

unless you purchased an extra ticket for her, you shouldn't need anything to show the airlines for within the country travel. Wouldn't hurt to bring her birth certificate, but actually I'd make a copy of it and leave the original at home.
