So my dr told me I can take over the counter Zantacs for heart burn and she told me they only come on one strength. But I just asked my friend who works at the pharmacy and she said it comes in 3 different strengths. Which do I get?

Stick with 75 mg. Thats the lowest dose, but it works quite well.
