My love bug at his growth scan today. He's weighing 2lbs 14 ounces and he's in the 40th percentile with heart rate of 132. We were happy to see our son. We celebrated with a lavish lunch. Now this mommy is going to bed.

@nurseriri, not with my provider! I was only supposed to have 2. One in the beginning to determine how far along I was and then the anatomy scan. And that's it unless there were other reasons to have one. Like today they ordered me a growth scan because I'm measuring ahead of time

@kmelton12, it was part of my pre natal care. Making sure the amniotic fluid and babies measurement is within normal limits. It's usually done 28-30th weeks. Assume everyone gets it as part of their care. Getting another one done in 7 weeks.
May I ask you how you got a growth scan? Was there a concern, or it's just part of the routine appt..
