I took an iron pill in the morning that my doctor said i should take but , i dont feel any difference at all i just feel even worse . I can seriously say i can feel my blood running through my veins i feel so weak ! 😥

@emc229, i just hate how it makes me so sleepy its like i have to tell my self plenty of times to get up i have to force myself to get out of bed 😥 @morgans_mommie ill try taking it at night to see what happens thanks for the tip.

Mine works so much better to take at night. :( good luck
Really? The one I took I had to take with food. I hated how bloated it made me though. Ugh.
the bottle tells me to take 1 hour before or 2-3 hours after a meal . @emc229

@motheroftwo22, i jus usually do what i can durin the day. i can definitely tell when i take mine. also make me feel so tired .!!!

eat some beef if u like beef. iv literally felt life come back to me eating a good steak or burger , good iron in it
mine does tht too.!!! i forgot to take mine yesterday but when im takin mine it makes me feel so weak and ucky.!
