@t146, @mrugg @blueberrybrewing all you have to do is go to your local Sam's club and go to customer service desk & tell them u wanna sign up for the free membership for expecting moms & they'll set u up with the membership and take your picture & give you your card all I needed was my driver license or ID & they may ask for a piece of mail with your name and address on it but I didn't have any mail with me but they still signed me up
