my stomach hurts really bad now that my 1 year old knee me in my stomach and on top of that my other son wont even move now I hope he's OK

drink something cold. when I get paranoid that's what I do . I eat something then drink something cold
Drink something sugary and cold, and lay down on your left side for a half hr or do. If you have no movement, call your OB/midwife.
