I am 17 weeks and I get my first ultrasound in two days.

I go back when I'm 30 weeks and they never told me what I was having I asked. and my doctor never said anything I'm going to ask. when I go back

I would've only had two usually that's what insurances cover unless there's an issue or complication

I haven't had one since 20 weeks since I found out what I was having. I'm 35 weeks now.

Unless there are any complications or concerns, most will typically only get a 1st and 2nd tri screening. However, for your third you can always do a private 3-D ultrasound! :) It's better to not have too many of them anyways, there are a lot of conflicting studies debating the safety.

I have only gotten 3 in all one to confirm the pregnancy another to check the anatomy and to check if the baby was head down at 23 weeks

I hope ur doctor does one for you soon. I'm 27 weeks and my doctor said I would not get another one unless there is a concern about the baby's growth since my first was born small. it sucks
