Can't decide if I should call my doctor now or wait until my appointment next Thursday.. I have my Glucose test, but I randomly get shaky, light headed and almost faint. Sound like pregnancy diabetes? Ughhh I can't even drive or go out in this heat!

I used to think when it happened I was just dehydrated but I've stayed hydrated and even try to stay out of the heat and I still randomly get like this! it's very frightening especially when I have a three year old around when I faint

Gestational diabetes typically doesn't come with any symptoms at all, but if you're worried give your doctor a call. You could just be dehydrated.
That's what it sound like...if you have some orange juice and eat some crackers. Your sugar have dropped real low.
