I'd would think so! but def talk to the person who schedules classes for you, I started taking the class back in march and am almost finished (will take the test in september) and plan to do outpatient coding. also you don't need any kind of medical background, it would help but it's not needed

medical coding and billing! you just need to take the classes (less than a year) and pass the test to get a certificate! plus they pay good and you get hospital insurance from whatever hospital you work for!

Lionbridge, Appen Butler, isoft, zero chaos... look up web evaluator jobs. They are legit.. but it's 1099 & pays out only once per month. I just finished a 6 month contract with Lionbridge... it was a part time hug for me as I am already blessed with working from home full-time for a bank.
