With my first i walked around 3 cm dilated and 75% effaced for 2 weeks and still had to be induced at 39+7 lol but everyone is different :)

Unfortunately not always! I know a girl who at 35 weeks she was 4 cm an 80%. Then induced her at 39 weeks. :/ but at 37 weeks I suggest asking your doctor about evening primrose oil. It helps thin you.
