This is a little TMI but at 5 months pp is it normal to still lose blood clots this is the first time it has happened since after I have healed from having my son

Sitting a lot on the floor playing with my son, then I worked out and after that is when I noticed the two clots of blood after I went to the bathroom idk if its from working.out or what..? @b3autifulm3ss

have you been laying down or sitting a lot?
