@nathaneals_mommy well kinda. this fall I planned on going back to college. originally, I planned on only taking two classes: an online introduction to nursing and a lecture/lab anatomy. I want to be a neonatal nurse...helping premature babies...however you have to apply to the nursing program by February 2016 unless you want to wait all the way until February 2017 to apply. in order to apply, you have to meet all the college requirements. which means, I have to take another biology lecture/lab in order to be able to apply. since I have to take all these classes this semester, my son will only be a little over a month old when I have to go back to school. his due date is July 4th. classes start august 25th. in order to apply to the program, I have to pass my classes. once I apply and am accepted, I have to prepare for a four hour entrance exam which I also have to pass. in the meantime, I gotta hold a job to pay bills and support my family. yes, my man will have a job and that'll help, but he currently holds a basketball contract with the college we are attending. this means he has to take a full schedule of classes and maintain a certain GPA in order to keep that scholarship/contract. and on top of classes, he's going to have basketball nights and try to hold a job. with all that, he might not be able to work as many hours during the week as I'll be able to and therefore I might have to pick up a second job in order to support us and everything. somehow, I have to keep my head glued on. and my poor son won't even be two months old. thankfully, my mom has already said she will watch him while my man and I are busy with either work or school but I would feel horrible if I missed something with my son like him sitting up by himself or something like that. it would break my heart.
