Sometimes you have to force yourself to eat. I have an iron deficiency and have had it since I was in high school. Whenever I feel weak I turn to almonds or walnuts which are high in iron. Also try to drink lots of water. You need to stay hydrated. @melox_90 ☺️

@jaspersmama61315, thanks! i will do that because the only thing i ate was a baggel since i havent been feeling hungry

Eat something high in iron. Nuts, raisins, broccoli... It might help.
